Conference Producer

Join our proven, successful team as a producer of conferences for the regulated industries. Two positions are available. The possibilities are endless. The position is home-based with 10% travel. Quality and Skills preferred:

  • College degree preferably with commercial experience
  • Strong Research background
  • Good verbal communication skills
  • Good written communication skills
  • Ability to work under deadlines
  • Entrepreneurial with creative flair
  • Interest in current regulatory issues and industry trends
  • Project management skills
  • Ability to work independently

Compensation for the position: Salary and Bonus

Conference Producers are the "key" individuals within our organization. They are responsible for creation of a conference program, which includes: conducting research of "viable" topics, recruiting high-level speakers, structuring the conference agenda, copy writing, designing the conference brochure and ensuring profitability of the event. Producers are also on-site at the event to ensure it runs smoothly.

Conference producers make financial decisions regarding the marketing of the event. Throughout the production cycle you will work closely with the Marketing Manager to ensure the best possible marketing campaign and with the Sponsorship Manager to put together an effective sponsorship strategy. New Conference Producers will go through our four-week training program with a senior level conference producer.
